When you book a session or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, session preferences, and any notes you share about your family or session. We also collect payment information through Stripe (we never store card numbers directly).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide photography services: scheduling sessions, delivering photos through your private gallery, sending booking confirmations and reminders, and following up on your experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Photo Storage & Delivery
Your edited photos are stored in a private, password-protected gallery accessible only to you. Gallery links are sent directly to your email and are not publicly accessible. We retain photos for 90 days after delivery, after which they are permanently deleted from our servers.
4. Portfolio & Social Media
We may ask your permission to share select photos on our website portfolio or social media. We will always ask first and will never share photos of your family without your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. Access to client data is restricted to studio staff only.
6. Your Rights
