Terms of Service

1. Booking & Deposit
All session bookings require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and Vinod has personally confirmed availability via email. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the deposit. In the event of illness or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible — we handle each situation with understanding and flexibility.
3. Photo Delivery
For non-event sessions, your private online gallery to select your favourite photos is available within 24–48 hours of your session. After you submit your selections, your edited high-resolution digital files are prepared with personal printing rights. Event photography galleries are delivered as edited event galleries. You may not sell or use photos for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Photo Selection & Editing
Seasons Photos retains creative discretion over photo selection and editing style. The number of delivered photos meets or exceeds the package minimum. Requests for specific editing styles (e.g., black and white) are accommodated when possible. Raw/unedited files are not delivered.
5. Wardrobe & Props
Wardrobe items and props provided by the studio are available on a first-come basis. Availability of specific items cannot be guaranteed. Damage to studio property may result in a replacement charge.
6. Outdoor Sessions
Outdoor sessions are subject to weather. In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule at no charge. The photographer reserves the right to suggest location alternatives to ensure the best possible results.
7. Copyright
Seasons Photos retains copyright to all photographs. The client receives a personal use license: printing, sharing on personal social media, and gifting are permitted. Commercial use, editorial publication, or use in advertising requires a separate license.
